Heating management is complicated, sometimes too hot or too cold. The windows are not very well insulated so you could hear the music from the bar below (until not too late). There were noises from the pipes at night.

The location was awesome, right by the subway and loads of dining spots around. The rooms had a funky vibe, not your standard boring hotel look. Staff were chill about our last minute changes. 🌞 The sun terrace was a nice spot to chill, and the garden area was lush. The only downside was the shared shower temperature was a bit off sometimes, could be a tad scalding.

The insulation is not very good, you can hear people in the corridor, I didn't understand how the radiator works, there would be a fridge missing in the room for the picnics.

Many people allow smoking in the rooms and showers (and not cigarettes ...) This is frankly disturbing, especially when you are a non-smoker.
